E-VISA
Visitors to Saudi Arabia from 66 countries can now apply for a tourist visa online.
Registrants presenting passports from countries that are not yet eligible for a Saudi tourist visa may qualify for the online process if they are legal residents of the US, the UK, or a country in the Schengen region, or hold a currently valid business or tourist visa for these countries.

BUSINESS VISA
Registrants from outside of the online eligibility require a business visa.
If you require a business visa to attend this conference, please kindly follow the steps below.
- Upon receiving your registration, we will issue an official invitation letter for the conference. A dedicated contact from KAUST will then send you a link to complete an online form. After you submit the form, KAUST will prepare your visa support letter. Please note that preparing the visa support letter will take approximately one week.
- After you receive the KAUST visa letter, you can contact an appropriate Saudi Arabian visa service provider or the consular office in your region to submit your business visa application.
Access to KAUST
KAUST is a vast gated community of about 40 sq km with restricted entry.
Conference registrants will be provided with the required entry code.
Airport
The closest airport with commercial flights is Jeddah International Airport (JED), also known as King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA).
Taxi services
- The taxi ride from the airport to our campus takes approximately one hour.
- Only authorized taxis have access to the campus.
The conference organization will arrange transportation to and from Jeddah Airport.
